These terms explain how orders, deliveries, and account services work when you shop with us.
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
You may shop as a guest or create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Products are made available according to farm, flock, and seasonal availability, and stock may change quickly. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discuss suitable alternatives where necessary. We will contact you if an order needs to change.
Prices are shown in GBP and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken securely via Stripe. We may update prices at any time, but price changes will not affect confirmed orders.
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Due to the nature of perishable produce, hatching eggs, and livestock, some items are not eligible for return unless faulty or misdescribed. For unopened non-perishable items, where the Consumer Contracts Regulations apply, you may have a 14-day right to cancel.
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
